|Background TSC1 (Tuberous Sclerosis 1), also called HAMARTIN or TSC, is a human protein and gene. As |WB 0.1-0.5 ug/ml, IHC-P 0.5-1 ug/ml. Reactivity: Human, Mouse, Rat. Immunogen: A synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence at the C-terminal of human TSC1, identical to the related rat sequence, and different from the related mouse sequence by one amino acid. Purification: Immunogen affinity purified. Form of Antibody: Lyophilized. Each v contains 5 mg BSA, 0.9 mg NaCl, 0.2 mg Na2HPO4, 0.05 mg Thimerosal, 0.05 mg NaN3. Isotype: Rabbit IgG. Storage/Stability: Stable for 1 year at -20°C and 3 months at 4°C. For maximum recovery of the product, centrifuge the original v after thawing and before removing the cap. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
