|Background Tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNFA) also kowns as TNFR1, It is a potent cytokine, elicits a broad spectrum of biologic responses which are med by binding to a cell surface receptor. There are 2 different proteins that serve as major receptors for TNF-alpha, one assoc with myeloid cells and one assoc with epithel cells. TNFR1 maps to 12p13. TNFR1 signaling is also known to activate the transcription factor NF-kap|Tumour necrosis factor α (TNFα). Applications: Indirect ELISA: 1 ug/ml as primary antibody. Reactivity: Human. Immunogen: Recombinant human TNFα. Purification: purified from mouse ascites through a Protein A column. Form of Antibody: 1 ug/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide as a preservative. Clone No: KT31. Isotype: Mouse IgG2a. Storage/Stability: Stable for 1 year at -20°C and 3 months at 4°C. For maximum recovery of the product, centrifuge the original v after thawing and before removing the cap. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
