|Background The CD44 gene, which is a transmembrane protein, is expressed as a family of molecular isoforms generated from alternative RNA splicing and posttranslational modifications. The gene, which contains 19 exons s|WB: 1:1,000 ~ 2,000. Reactivity: Human. Immunogen: Anti-human CD44 mAb is derived from hybridization of mouse F0 myeloma cells with spleen cells from BALB/c mice immunized with recombinant human CD44 amino acids 21-145 purified from E. coli. Purification: CD44 antibody was purified from mouse ascitic fluids by protein-G affinity chromatography. Form of Antibody: 1 ug/ml containing PBS, pH-7.4, & 0.1% Sodium Azide. Clone: P5C10AT. Isotype: Mouse IgG2b. Storage/Stability: Stable for 1 year at -20°C and 3 months at 4°C. For maximum recovery of the product, centrifuge the original v after thawing and before removing the cap. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
