|Background TNFRSF25 (Tumor Necrosis Factor Receptor Superfamily Member 25), also known as LARD, APO3, DR3 or TNFR25, is a protein that in humans is encoded by the TNFRSF25 gene. Members of the mammal tumor necrosis factor receptor (TNFR) family are cell-surface proteins that interact with a corresponding TNF-related ligand family. By fluorescence in situ hybridization, Marsters et al. (1996) mapped the Apo3 gene to 1p36.3. Marsters et al. (1996) showed that ectopic expression of Apo3 in mammal cells triggered apoptosis and activated the transcription factor NF-kap|WB 0.1-0.5 ug/ml. Reactivity: Human. Immunogen: A synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence at the N-terminal of human TNFRSF25. Purification: Immunogen affinity purified. Form of Antibody: Lyophilized. Each v contains 5 mg BSA, 0.9 mg NaCl, 0.2 mg Na2HPO4, 0.05 mg Thimerosal, 0.05 mg NaN3. Isotype: Rabbit IgG. Storage/Stability: At -20°C for one year. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for a longer time. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
