|Background Tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNFA) also kowns as TNFR1, It is a potent cytokine, elicits a broad spectrum of biologic responses which are med by binding to a cell surface receptor. There are 2 different proteins that serve as major receptors for TNF-alpha, one assoc with myeloid cells and one assoc with epithel cells. TNFR1 maps to 12p13. TNFR1 signaling is also known to activate the transcription factor NF-kap|Mouse No cross reactivity with other proteins. Applications: WB 1ug/ml. Reactivity: Mouse. Immunogen: E. coli-derived.mouse TNFa recombinant protein. Purification: Immunogen affinity purified. Form of Antibody: Each v contains 5 mg BSA, 0.9 mg NaCl, 0.2 mg Na2HPO4, 0.05 mg Thimerosal, 0.05 mg NaN3. Isotype: Rabbit IgG. Storage/Stability: Stable for 1 year at -20°C and 3 months at 4°C. For maximum recovery of the product, centrifuge the original v after thawing and before removing the cap. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
