TLR8 Antibody

EN
Toll-like receptor 8

Additional Information:
|Introduction TLR8(Toll-like receptor 8) is a protein that in humans is encoded by the TLR8 gene. TLR8 has also been designated as CD288 (cluster of different 288).The TLR8 gene is mapped to Xp22.3-p22.2 by Chuang and Ulevitch (2000) and Du et al. (2000). The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the Toll-like receptor (TLR) family which plays a fundamental role in |A synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence at the C-terminal of rat TLR8, different from the related mouse sequence by one amino acid. Purification: Immunogen affinity purified. Applications: WB 0.1-0.5 ug/ml. Form of Antibody: Lyophilized. Reconstitution: 0.2 ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 ug/ml. Storage/Stability: Stable for 1 year at -20°C and 3 months at 4°C. For maximum recovery of the product, centrifuge the original v after thawing and before removing the cap. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

Antibodies are immunoglobulins secreted by effector lymphoid B cells into the bloodstream. Antibodies consist of two light peptide chains and two heavy peptide chains that are linked to each other by disulfide bonds to form a “Y” shaped structure. Both tips of the “Y” structure contain binding sites for a specific antigen. Antibodies are commonly used in medical research, pharmacological research, laboratory research, and health and epidemiological research. They play an important role in hot research areas such as targeted drug development, in vitro diagnostic assays, characterization of signaling pathways, detection of protein expression levels, and identification of candidate biomarkers.
