|Introduction TH(Tyrosine hydroxylase) is the enzyme responsible for catalyzing the conversion of the amino acid L-tyrosine to L-3,4-dihydroxyphenylalanine (L-DO|A synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence in the middle region of human TH, identical to the related rat sequence, and different from the related mouse sequence by one amino acid. Purification: Immunogen affinity purified. Applications: WB 0.1-0.5 ug/ml; IHC-P 0.5-1 ug/ml. Form of Antibody: Lyophilized. Reconstitution: 0.2 ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 ug/ml. Storage/Stability: Stable for 1 year at -20°C and 3 months at 4°C. For maximum recovery of the product, centrifuge the original v after thawing and before removing the cap. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
