SYUB, beta-synuclein

Additional Information:
|Introduction β-synuclein (amino acids 1-134), an acidic neuronal protein of 134 amino acids, is extremely heat-resistant. β-synucelin also has a chaperone-like activity. Recently, β-synuclein has been suggested to inhibit β-synuclein aggregation. a and β-synuclein are abundantly expressed in the brain and putatively inhibit phospholi|β-Synuclein antibody has been tested by ELISA and Western blot analysis to assure specificity and reactivity. Since application varies, however, each investigation should be titrated by the reagent to obtain optimal results. Recommended dilution range for Western blot analysis is 1:2,000 ~ 4,000. Recommended starting dilution is 1:2,000. Immunogen: Recombinant human β-Synuclein amino acids 1-134 purified from E. coli. Form of Antibody: 1ug/ml containing PBS, pH-7.4, & 0.1% Sodium Azide. Storage/Stability: Stable for 1 year at -20°C and 3 months at 4°C. For maximum recovery of the product, centrifuge the original v after thawing and before removing the cap. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

Antibodies are immunoglobulins secreted by effector lymphoid B cells into the bloodstream. Antibodies consist of two light peptide chains and two heavy peptide chains that are linked to each other by disulfide bonds to form a “Y” shaped structure. Both tips of the “Y” structure contain binding sites for a specific antigen. Antibodies are commonly used in medical research, pharmacological research, laboratory research, and health and epidemiological research. They play an important role in hot research areas such as targeted drug development, in vitro diagnostic assays, characterization of signaling pathways, detection of protein expression levels, and identification of candidate biomarkers.
