|BACKGROUND Survivin, also called baculoviral inhibitor of apoptosis repeat-containing 5 or BIRC5, is a protein that, in humans, is encoded by the BIRC5 gene. Survivin is a member of the inhibitor of apoptosis ( family. The survivin gene contains 4 exons. The survivin gene is mapped to chromosome 17q25 by pulsed field gel electrophoresis and single- and 2-color FISH. The survivin protein functions to inhibit cas|WB 0.1-0.5 ug/ml IHC-P 0.5-1 ug/ml ELISA 0.1-0.5 ug/ml. Reactivity: Human. Immunogen: E. coli-derived.human Survivin recombinant protein (Position: M1-D142). Purification: Immunogen affinity purified. Form of Antibody: Lyophilized.
