|Introduction SOCS3(Suppressor of cytokine signaling 3) is a protein that in humans is encoded by the SOCS3 gene. SOCS3 is transiently expressed by multiple cell lineages within the immune system and functions predominantly as a negative regulator of cytokines that activate the JAK-STAT3 |WB 0.1-0.5 ug/ml; IHC-P 0.5-1 ug/ml. Reactivity: Human, Mouse.
