Applications: Western blot: At 1ug/ml with the appropr system to detect ROCK2 in cells and tissues. Immunohistochemistry(P): At 2 ug/ml to detect ROCK2 in formalin fixed and |Human, Mouse, Rat. Immunogen: A synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence at the N-terminal of human ROCK2, identical to the related rat and mouse sequence. Purification: Immunogen affinity purified. Form of Antibody: Each v contains 5 mg BSA, 0.9 mg NaCl, 0.2 mg Na2HPO4, 0.05 mg Thimerosal, 0.05 mg NaN3. Isotype: Rabbit IgG. Storage/Stability: Stable for 1 year at -20°C and 3 months at 4°C. For maximum recovery of the product, centrifuge the original v after thawing and before removing the cap. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
