|Introduction RNH1 belongs to the proteinaceous cytoplasmic RNase inhibitors family which occur in many tissues and binds to both intracellular and extracellular RNases. In addition to control of intracellular RNases, the inhibitor may have a |RNH1 antibody has been tested by ELISA and Western blot analysis to assure specificity and reactivity. Since application varies, however, each investigation should be titrated by the reagent to obtain optimal results. Recommended dilution range for Western blot analysis is 1:1000 ~ 2000. Purification: RNH1 antibody was purified from mouse ascitic fluids by protein-G affinity chromatography. Form of Antibody: 1ug/ml containing PBS, pH-7.4, & 0.1% Sodium Azide. Clone: |Mouse IgG2a. Storage/Stability: Stable for 1 year at -20°C and 3 months at 4°C. For maximum recovery of the product, centrifuge the original v after thawing and before removing the cap. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
