|Introduction ReoVirus belongs to the RNA virus family of Reoviridae. The virions of reoviruses lack an outer envelope and show spheroidal. They measure approximately 70 nanometres and have two icosahedral capsids. Reoviruses enclose a core of segmented, double-stranded RNA virus and are a non-|For staining use 10ul per 1,000,000 cells. For other applications titer has to be determined by the investigator. Immunogen: Peptide mix corresponding to T1L sigma 1 protein. Purification: Ion exchange column. Form of Antibody: 1ug/ml in PBS (after reconstitution). Clone: YRreoV. Isotype: Mouse IgG2a. Storage/Stability: Stable for 1 year at -20°C and 3 months at 4°C. For maximum recovery of the product, centrifuge the original v after thawing and before removing the cap. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
